Matt is a member of the Twins baseball team. A graduate of Stissing Mountain High School in Pine Plains, Matt is currently in his sophomore year here at Columbia-Greene Community College where he is studying Adolescent Education (Social Studies). Matt wears number 6 playing middle infield and pitcher for the Twins and has been a big contributor for the Twins since last year!

Last season, Matt had 18 hits, 16 runs scored, 1 double, 5 RBI's, and 25 walks. He completed the season with a .247 batting average, .440 on base percentage, and .260 slugging percentage!

This season so far, Matt has had 5 hits, 6 runs scored, 5 walks, and 1 stolen base. He is currently batting .227 with an on base percentage of .433 and a slugging percentage of .227! Matt's best game so far came against Rockland Community College during the teams spring trip to Florida! Matt went 2-3 at the plate with a walk! Off the field, Matt excels in the classroom being a member of the 3.0+ and 4.0 clubs each semester so far! We look forward to seeing Matt continue to excel this semester on and off the field! My Career plan after CGCC:  Transfer to a four year school and finish degree. Become a high school history teacher.
