The NJCAA Region III Cross Country Championships was hosted by Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY.  Community College across the entire upstate New York region competed in this event.  Both Twin competitors posted personal record times on the 5k course.  Freshman Taylor Olmsted came in 13^th putting up a personal best of 25:50.  Freshman Sabrina Maynard came in 20^th with a personal best time of 29:36.  The Twins Cross Country team is gearing up for their final run of the season at Finger Lakes Community College on November 12^th at the NJCAA National meet.
