"It poured cold water from the sky all morning, but that didn't stop the ladies from crossing the finish line", stated Head Coach John Pinder as he proudly discussed his women's cross country athletes.  Though cold and rainy, the Mountain Valley Conference Cross Country Championships were held at Herkimer County Community College.  Representing the Twins were freshman runners Taylor Olmsted and Sabrina Maynard, finishing 10th and 17th, respectively.  Both Olmsted and Maynard worked hard all season long and are now preparing for great runs at the Regional Championships on October 29th.
